At Bold Bean Co, we want you to love every jar of our heirloom beans, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns on items that arrive damaged or incorrect within 14 days of delivery.

  Email our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.

  For damaged or faulty items, please attach clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.

  Secure Packaging

  If a return is authorized, ensure the jars are safely packed in their original shipping box to prevent further breakage during transit.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once your return is inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement free of charge.
